Grassroots Grants

Grassroots Grants was set up by the Government department, the Office of the Third Sector to provide small grants to local voluntary and community groups between 2008 and 2011.

The aim of the scheme is to increase immediate grant funding and capacity building support to small voluntary and community groups and organisations throughout the area, enabling them to continue or expand their work.

 

How much funding is available?	Grants totalling up to £5,000 per organisation during the period July 1st 2008 to March 31st 2011 are available.

How do I apply?	To apply for a grant under this scheme please complete one of the attached application forms. For grants of up to £1,000 GGto1000 For grants of over £1,000 GGover1000
What are the deadlines?	The next deadlines for completed applications are December 29th, February 23rd, April 27th, June 29th, August 31st and October 26th.
